Mangaluru, Jun 11: Sanjeeva Matandoor has been chosen as Dakshina Kannada district president of BJP.


Sanjeeva Matandoor


Sanjeeva Matandoor stood for assembly election in Puttur constituency from BJP in 2013 against Shakunthala Shetty of Congress. He is close relative of union minister D V Sadananda Gowda.

Prathap Simha Nayak was party chief in the district till now.


Mattaru Ratnakar Hegde

Udupi district BJP has also received new president. Mattaru Ratnakar Hegde has been chosen as the party district president. He has served as district spokesperson of BJP and he is a lawyer by profession. 

Tingale Vikramarjuna Hegde was the president till now.
