Centres’ approval needed for foreign trips of state ministers, officers

Daijiworld Media Network-Bengaluru (RJP)

Bengaluru, Jun 17: State chief Secretary Arvind Jadhav has issued a circular asking all the ministers and officers from the state to obtain financial clearances from the central finance ministry and department of economic affairs (DEA), before they go on foreign trips. The circular has been prepared and sent on the direction of the central government.

The circular states that the ministry of external affairs has informed the state government that the Indian embassies are finding it extremely difficult to reimburse bills presented by ministers and officers. The bills include hotel bills, vehicle rentals and mobile services. The reimbursing process gets complicated because the ministers and officers do not seek prior permission presently from the ministries concerned before they go on foreign trips. “This has not only been putting the Indian embassies in an embarrassing situation, it has also been denting the country’s reputation.” the circular states.

Now after the issuance of the circular, it becomes mandatory for ministers of state governments and officers to obtain formal clearances, deputation orders and requisite DEA reference number, before they set foot on foreign soil.

Some fake people are used to the congi dongi sarkar for 6 decades and are kind of addicted to such government.
all the people who are commenting against PM Modi are cowards who dont want to admit the works he does in his foreign trips.
doesnt want to admit the developmental works under progress.
Highways, railways, education, agriculture and rest of the sectors all are growing in the speed which never was before. few fake people wanted fake surnamed people to be the PM and ruin our country still further.
I am proud of our PM who is the best leader till date. billion times better then the drug addict and fake surname, degree holder MR.Rahul Pappu Kumar.

It is very easy to solve and our PM and Finance Minister Justly is very good in that. All Indian who ever visit or call Indian embassy need to pay a minimum fees Rs.500 or more. They can make money and feed useless animal like human creatures.

Some of the Ministers of all political parties in India are too keen to make use of their political chair to make too many unwanted foreign trips and it must be restricted starting with the Indian Cabinet.

Mr. Modi's record breaking foreign trips are typical example.
If they are roaming around for every turn and trying to impose restrictions, that is an indirect sign of an autocratic rule of law.
The BJP Government will introduce any idea if they can to dominate the non-BJP State Governments.

When i see some peoples comments against MODI as if he has taken away their daily bread, for everything they have problem with NAMO. Either the freebies or their illegal means of benefits are stopped after Modi came to power. As Modi has rightly said in his speech when people started bashing him it means he has stopped all their incomes through bribes. People who were receiving bribes during congress rule are not getting now as Modi has tightened the screws. So they have become intolerant towards Modi. Before they were begging with congress govt and they love only freebies and easy income.

Current PMs frequent visit to his favourite destination has a different reason. The telephonic communications are certainly incomprehensible for both sides. So the only option is to go over there personally with translators and teleprompter if public addressing is called for. Well, it calls for more expenses, but so what? The show must go on you see..

Gonsalve, our Great Chaiwalla PM is million times better than ur Pappu or Pappu's Italian Mom, who cannot speak Hindi even after staying in the country for more than 40 years, who did not take Indian citizen till 1982. By the way, the whole Italian family's total security bill per annum is more than Rs. 5000 crores - this is not paid by Italians, but from Indians (chaiwalas included).

what a move... yes, that was very much required... not that they just feel like go overseas , get up and go.. whose father's money they are spending... very good move by the State chief Secretary Arvind Jadhav. Let them show the benfit of their trip and proper evaluation need to happen once they are back. Exactly like private / corporate sectors. Really need a great round of applause.

Correction: Replace 'telecast' in your first paragraph with 'teleprompt'. As for 5 countries in 140 hours, US is still urging others to this effect. As of now those visits seem to be no different from Yenku's visit to Panamboor.

For your kind information please note that " In foreign countries no one knows or cares much about Modi or his ministers. They consider all Indians are poor, cheep, cheaters , snake charmers, Lawless criminals. Due to daily news about starvation, water shortage, Electric power cut, rape, murder foreigners are afraid to visit India. So please do not celebrate modi visit to foreign country. save the news for next election to fool your fellow citizens.

My recent visit to India I traveled around India and noticed that India is a very poor country with multitude of it's Citizens are without basic necessities. So the people of the country should ban it's ministers and officials from traveling to foreign countries. All official Government work should be done with teleconference and by official mail.
