Congress or bjp people will die as long as people don't die from communal issue. Natural death is okay but in this case very sad of this youth died at this young age. Let's say a prayers for his body rest in peace. Certainly govt can do many thingz but all are sa me blood suckered of poor people. Blame no one but fold the sleeves and start helping like mother Theresa and change will be there in people life.we indian's are good in blaming and taking advantage of free lunch but help and charity leave to others.
