USA production house to make documentary film ‘The Sail’ in Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Jun 19: Park Pictures from Hollywood USA is set to produce a documentary film on the Indian surfing sport named ‘The Sail’. The shooting will take place at selected places in and around Mangaluru soon.

 

The documentary film will focus on Indian surfing sport and will be shot in the vicinity of Mangaluru. The directors of Park Pictures and technicians are busy in preparation for the shoot in city.

With this, the Indian surfing sport will get an apt platform at the international level. The documentary will focus on history and growth of surfing sport in India.

Sources said that Sasihithlu, Mulky and Car Street in Mangaluru are some of the places where the film will be shot. Park Pictures production will work in association with 'India Take One' in filming this documentary.

Documentary film ‘The Sail’ is a story of a boy who is enthusiastic about surfing. His love towards sport and his daily activities are part of the documentary.

Aziz is in the lead role. He is from Tamil Nadu. Local residents of Mangaluru will also act in this documentary. This documentary will be screened at international Level film festivals.
