    Dear Mr. Lobo,

Is Your dream to provide basic necessities to only certain areas where there are some influential people of to all who really need it. In our area residents have encroached the rain water gutter, land and constructed the houses illegally and we have submitted memorandum 10 times to you in your office. It seems there is no use of it. My request to you is please work for all not for some people and some areas only.
