Zia said, “I never thought that one day I shall be asked to be the chief guest and deliver a speech on the ‘Importance of Journalism in today’s context’”.

“Although I am not a journalist by profession, I took up this field as a hobby when I launched my website, ziaonline.com, which was later converted into a full-fledged NRIs portal known as yahind.com,” he said.

The journey of ziaonline.com and its subsequent change to yahind.com represents a journey of hope and encouragement, he added.
