Indian expat from Al Ain mysteriously missing

June 25 (Emirates247): An Indian man, who had a flower shop in Al Ain, has been missing since the beginning of this month.

Thottathil Hussain, 30, allegedly informed his friends that he was “going to Dubai”, when he left home on June 1.

Hameed, his business partner, claims that he left for New Delhi on the night of June 1 from Dubai airport, and no one has heard from him his since.

Now, his relatives in India have filed a complaint and are frantically searching for him, while Hameed, says that Hussain had no financial obligations that he is aware of.

He is also surprised that Hussain never once mentioned about a Delhi trip. Neither does he have any friends in Delhi, he adds.

Hussain, who hails from Malappuram district in Kerala, was a resident of the UAE for the last 10 years. He was married a year back.
