Facebook posts - private complaint filed against Anupama Shenoy

Daijiworld Media Network - Ballari (SP)

Ballari, Jun 26: A private complaint stands filed in the first grade judicial magistrate's court here about certain Facebook posts which appeared in the name of Anupama Shenoy, Kudligi superintendent of police, after her resignation. The complainant, Muhammed Rafi, resident of Satyavani Nagara in the city, has sought court orders seeking investigation into the veracity of the Facebook posts made in the name of Shenoy. Rafi has filed this complaint under section 200 of Criminal Procedure Code.

Rafi said that Anupama, after she resigned from the post, made a number of posts which were unclear and indirect, against some individuals, in her Facebook account.

"These posts have created confusion in the minds of the people. This account has disturbed peace and contentment of the people living in Kudligi taluk. Plain truth has not been revealed in these posts, and messages which create a sense of fear in the minds of government servants, were posted. Although Anupama has said that someone else is managing an account opened in her name, she has not taken any action against the guilty. Therefore, the court should direct policemen having jurisdiction over the matter to find out the culprits in the case and take action against them," Rafi has prayed in his complaint.

She might be good etc, but now he is very soon joining a political party or film Industry, instead of fighting for what she wanted to or for the things that are going around in the state , she is just trying to get some fame and want something good out of something. she looks smart and very cunning for sure. mark my words more news of this lady will come out soon.

    Ismail Saab,
I think she rendered resignation as a pressure tactic. She did it breaking all protocols, thinking that it would not be accepted.
