Terence Lewis to financially help TV show contestants


Mumbai, June 26 (IANS): Ace choreographer Terence Lewis has decided to financially help two contestants Kalpita and Aaryan of popular dance reality show “So You Think You Can Dance 'Ab India ki Baari'”.

Lewis, who is seen as a judge on the show along with Bollywood's dancing diva Madhuri Dixit-Nene and choreographer Bosco Martis, made the announcement after he saw Kalpita and Aryan giving a duet performance to the song “Gustakh dil” for which they received a standing ovation from all the judges.

“The two (Kalpita and Aryan) are exceptional dancers and this performance just took my breath away. I have taken their accountability and want to be responsible for their training and will prepare them for international platforms,” Lewis said in a statement.

Co-hosted by Rithvik Dhanjani and Mouni Roy, “So You Think You Can Dance 'Ab India ki Baari'” is an Indian adaptation of the popular international format “So You Think You Can Dance”.
