SEWA/SKMWA invites applications for educational scholarships

Muscat, Jun 27: An eductional and social organisation SEWA/SKMWA invites applications for educational scholarships for the year 2016 - 2017.

Social/Educational Welfare Association SEWA/SKMWA invites applications from Muslim students of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district with merit as well as the economically poor and those who have passed standard 12/PUC, during the academic year 2015 - 2016. Students should have secured 70% marks and above and those who wish to continue their education for the three year Degree/ Diploma Course at any of the reputed colleges/ educational institutes of the districts mentioned.

Applications should be sent by e-mail clearly mentioning advertisement reference number SEWA/SKMWA/MCT-MNG/DW/1437-2106 along with the following:

1. CV/ Resume with details of parents/ guardians, income and source with number of dependants, home address, contact telephone numbers and e-mail id/address.

2. Two local references with their names, address and telephone numbers - mobile and landline.

3. Passport size photos.

4. An identification letter from the related Masjid/ Jamath, in their letterhead with telephone numbers -mobile and landline.

5. Copy of the final marks card of 12th standard/ PUC for the year 2015-2016 duly attested by the principal of the college/ institute.

6. Copy of the final marks card of 120th standard/ SSLC.

7. Details of course/ fees and college/ institute the applicant proposes to join.
