No tourists would want to visit Mangalore. No Investors would want to set up business and NO student would like to pursue higher education in such an unsafe place.

Mangalore-D.K is turning out to be a flop city rather than a smart city...thanks to radical groups and narrow minded people who live here.

Mangalore can restore peace only if some fanatic organisation are curbed.

Only in Mangalore this fantastic organisation provide security service by threat all in the presence of law enforcement officials. This is same trend Shiv sena used in Mumbai in early 70's.

Once known as educational hub of Karnataka with highest literacy now became hotbed for religious fanaticism.

With daily attacks it proves law enforcement is useless force.

From days of Mahabharat, caste discrimination to date in India, or similar stories in rest of the world there are enough stories of violence.

As chanakya said one can not learnt only with his own mistakes, for which one life is not enough. Person needs to learn from others.

If you are one who is encouraging such goondaism and vigilantism - its your call.

To be honest, it was once but now no more. If some one says it's still Biddhivantara naadu for citing the reason of students pass out percentage or high scoring students, then it's totally absurd justification. Coz Intelligent people doesn't only mean students securing high scores in exams.

Ever since the communal start ruling the places Mangalore and surrounding lost its charm. A city or place cannot even thought to be developed with such communal evil and poisonous thoughts reside in people's heart.

DK is becoming a dangerous violent place now, even if one suggests a bus driver or car driver about his mistake, u stand a chance of getting assaulted, have experienced it a couple of times, rich people are arrogant and with endless ego, forgetting that they too are mortals!

Really sad to see these kind of incidents, thatz happening all over India.

Other day watching a video where some dalit youth were beaten up by some cow brigade guys, for skinning a dead cow.

Do these guys think, the guys who get beaten soo badly are going to be scared of them and dont do again? It does not happen that way. The reaction is always otherway, next time they go they go prepared. The best solution would have been alerting the police. But, the cow brigade does not bother to do that.

End of the day it is a vicious cycle where everyone becomes a victim.

RSS knows everything, but wants it continue for its votebank politics. That is exactly why it is not a organization that works for the country or the society. Sardar Patel knew it better than anyone, sad that Nehru rescued it. And all know, what is respect Nehru gets from RSS and its affiliates.

Looks like avenge attack. whatsoever, these guys are beaten mercilessly. Even watching the pictures our heart melts.
Assailants should be caught and subjected to third degree treatment. They should feel the pain in torture.
