Twins give part of liver to ill father


Saudi, Jul 18 (Emirates247): Two Saudi twin brothers donated parts of their liver to their father who is suffering from fibrosis, a newspaper reported on Monday.

Abdul Rahman and Abdullah decided to make the donation after tests showed their elder brother’liver is not compatible with his father’s, ‘Sabq’ said.

It quoted the elder brother Ahmed Al Zahrani as saying the operation was performed at King Faisal Hospital in the capital Riyadh and was successful
