Along with non-stop music, well known fitness trainer and Zumba expert Shwetambari Shetty takes listeners through fitness activities that include walking, running, cycling and functional training. Award winning celebrity sports nutritionist Ryan Fernando advises listeners on their diet and nutrition.

“With over 70 per cent of the young and urban Bengalureans of the age group 18-35 indulging in fitness activities, launching a programme that curates the music and helps people who like to walk, runners, cyclists and functional trainers, to set and achieve milestones in their fitness goals forms our core offering,” Indigo 91.9 CEO Satya Murthy said in a statement.
