DySP Ganapati made last call to wife - No calls to George, officers

No call record of K J George, Prasad and Mohanty for one month

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jul 22: Before he committed suicide, deputy superintendent of police, M K Ganapati's last conversation over phone was with his wife, Pavana. This information has emerged during the preliminary investigation of criminal investigation department (CID).

The CID officials also revealed that as per call detail record (CDR), it has become clear that during the one month period before his suicide, Ganapati had not spoken over phone to either minister, K J George, or two IPS officers named by him, Prasad and Pranav Mohanty.

The officials came to know about the officer's last call after they got CDR details. Ganapati called his wife at 2 pm on July 7, and he did not call anyone thereafter, the record shows. However, details of this last conversation are not available except that the husband-wife duo were engaged in conversation for about ten minutes. CID sources said they hope to get these details in the form of a statement from Pavana.

We are talking about a dead man irrespective of what position he held while he was alive.
Most of the comments in the last two weeks are negative about the DYSP.
It has never happened in the news media ever that people comment negative after death about a police officer.
So it is clear that people should not mis-use power and if they do so there is a price even after death.

The real truth will will come out one day.If any officer or official think that money making executive posting denial means harassment and ill treatment, and commit suicide naming superiors and minister,it will give very bad precedent in future and it affect the administration. Why the political parties play the game over the death person ,its only a political gimmick thats all

You believe it or not private telephone companies can do anything. They can drop your selected call history as well. It is a big mafia...

They can suspend your sim and issue your number to someone else for few minutes for giving harassment. Same thing happened to my sim few years back and my friend received messages in my number. And later company activated my sim back. So we cannot believe stories. People can do anything to give harassment.

What world do you live in? Some people get so blinded by the bias that they can not see the truth even if the truth stares directly a them.
Please note that for three months before his suicide, there was no communications between any of the three and ganapati. Why don't people ask questions about the case where he was involved in misappropriation? According to the media report, department was starting to investigate the case.

Yes, its very difficult to the telephone call log in the era of question papers leaking repeatedly, someone's degree certificates missing. Government jobs are very good as long as everything goes well, moment you are 'disposable' you are a garbage.

Real truth is slowly emerging. Needle of suspicion is pointing in the right direction. Bluff is getting called. One has to wait and watch. After all the complexity of the late police officer in the church attack aftermath in Sept 2008 and his atrocious actions on gullible and unarmed protesters is still fresh in the minds of the peace loving Mangaloreans
