Chikkamagaluru: Bajrang Dal activists attack labourers from Assam

Chikkamagaluru, Jul 27: In an incident which occurred at Aldur in the district on the night of Monday July 25, Bajrang Dal workers reportedly attacked a group of labourers, alleging that they were from Bangladesh. The labourers had arrived in bus to work in coffee plantations here.

In this respect, the police have arrested six Bajrang Dal activists.

It is said that over 60 labourers of Assam origin were threatened and attacked. One of the labourers, identified as Hoyeisun, suffered serious injuries and got admitted into local hospital. The policemen who immediately rushed to the spot, took into custody youngsters from Aldur named Tejas, Shivakumar, Sudarshan, Sharat and Rohit, who are said to be activists of Bajrang Dal. They are being interrogated.

Recently disturbances had occurred after cow slaughter incident at Jayapura. The police have launched a detailed investigation into the incident.

    Prem, SP Annamalai going there is Good news for peace lovers! In reality DK and Chuckmangalore are peaceful areas. No need of such goondagiri in the name of culture and God! Many of those fit into domestic work to earn a decent living due to lack of willingness to education...! They have chosen a easy way of career of protecting culture due to political greed and support. Hence the flow of migrant labors from neighboring states! Without outside state labors there will be no construction, domestic work or any hard labor work. BD can only show their might on poor, weak and hapless people! After such activity / victory everyone knows where they will head and what they will consume....in terms of liquid and food!!

    Just visit the houses of all these leaders from the BJP/Shiv sena etc in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore etc, and you will find 90% of the maids and house boys working for them are from Nepal or Bangla Desh. These are all double standards. What they preach to others they do not follow and again why target only Bangla Desh? Why is nobody talking about illegals from Nepal? Illegal immigration is not about this country or that. It is about deprived people looking for better opportunities in life. They are only trying to run away from poverty and oppression. There are people willingly hiring them and that is why they come. Would they ever come if there were no jobs and opportunities available?

    Mob thrashes 2 women in Madhya Pradesh over beef rumour!

    A crowd at Mandsaur railway station, is seen surrounding the women and slapping them as they plead against slogans and screams. Although the police tell the crowd to keep their distance, the enraged mob thrashes the women continuously.
    The chanting and beating continued for half-an-hour after which the police managed to take the women away from the crowd.

    A doctor, who later examined the meat, said that the 30 kilogram the women were carrying was buffalo meat and not beef.

    That does not give you the liberty to beat them up. If you have definite information that they are illegals you duty is to inform the police and get them arrested and deported.
