Mumbai, July 30 (IANS): Actor Arshad Warsi has denied confirming Deepika Padukone or Alia Bhatt as the leading ladies in the upcoming fourth instalment of the popular “Golmaalâ€? franchise.

Arshad, who will next be seen in The Legend of Michael Mishra?, lashed out on social media for being misquoted and clarified that he did not confirm anybody's name for Golmaal .

“I did not confirm any leading lady for 'Golmaal 4'. Media gave me Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone's name and I said could be. WTF,Arshad, who has been a part of the franchise since first film “Golmaal: Fun Unlimited�, posted on Twitter on Friday.
