Bengaluru, Aug 2: Karnataka high court has refused to dismiss the case relating to amassing of disproportionate assets that is being heard by the Lokayukta court at Shivamogga against leader of the opposition in the state legislative council, K S Eshwarappa and his close ones.

Eshwarappa, his son, K E Kantesh, and daughter-in-law, Shalini, had filed petitions in the high court seeking dismissal of the above cases.
