Bengaluru: DySP Kallappa Handibag shed tears during last call to friend

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Aug 6: Chikkamagaluru deputy superintendent of police (DySP), Kallappa Handibag, had called his close friend, Lakshmi Ganesh, who happens to be the DySP of Magadi subdivision, when the allegation of abduction surfaced all of a sudden against the former. Kallappa told his friend, with tears rolling down his eyes, that he was innocent in the case. Criminal investigation department (CID), which is investigating the matter, has found that call to Lakshmi Ganesh was the last one made by Kallappa.

Kallappa Handibag

CID, the evidence before which suggests that Kallappa Handibag had no role in either the abduction or collection of ransom, feels that the statement recorded by Magadi DySP will go a long way in strengthening the above notion. Lakshmi Ganesh confirmed that at the instance of officials of the department, he had visited CID central office and recorded his statement.

It is gathered that Kallappa and Lakshmi Ganesh were chosen for the department through KPSC examination lheld in 2009. Both of them underwent training together and stayed in the same room during this period. Kallappa, who was very sensitive, continued to be a cllose friend of Lakshmi Ganesh till the end, as per the statement recorded by the latter CID sources revealed.

@RSRB or whatever it is Kallapa did not show his bravery with children and women to please his RSS bosses unlike Ganapathy. When you are brave enough to do all the atrocity, why you can't face that stolen gold case?? Kallapa did not get any disciplinary action when he was in power, he was innocent and was trapped by his superiors and that made him to commit suicide Ganapathy was a brutal murderer and gold thief and committed suicide fearing that gold theft case will come out now since the government is run by his RSS bosses now.

Its unfortunate and sad that his friend was not able to convince him.He should have fought his case being alive. Anti nationals are roaming free and honest officers are going to graves. This is 21st century reality in INDIA.

Need to have good leadership role to be officer otherwise only tress and suicide won't serve the purpose to be a officer. Let his soul Rip.
