Mangaluru, Aug 6: The foundation laying ceremony for 'Marian Aspire' was held on Saturday, August 6 at Kotekani, at Kottara Chowki, behind Infosys in city. ‘Marian Aspire’, is an affordable residential project of Marian Projects.
Fr Maxim Nazareth, Capuchin from St Anne’s Friary, Bejai conducted the prayer session and blessed the foundation laying ceremony.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Naveen Cardoza, managing director, Ujwal D’souza, director O & A - Marian Projects Pvt. Ltd and landowners Nirmala and Ronald D’Souza. Present at the occasion were architects for the project Madhukar from M R Consultancy and structural Consultants, Anand Bhat, from Design Associates along with the staff from Marian, well-wishers and friends.
‘Marian Aspire’ is a unique project designed with the objective of creating a compact community living.
