Mumbai: Maharashtra Konkan Association presents talent awards

Mumbai, Aug 9: The city's Maharashtra Konkan Association, presented annual talent awards for 2016 in its function presided by Benedicta Rebello at Jerimeri St Jude Church auditorium on Sunday August 7.


St Jude Church parish priest Fr Lancy Pinto presented awards to children of association members who have secured highest marks in the year 2015-16. William D'Souza, Vakola and former association president Walter D'Souza were also present.

Office bearers John Veigas, Victor Pereira and John Rodrigues were in charge of the programme. Founder president Leo Fernandes Jerimeri welcomed, compered the programme and explained the activities of the
association. Vincent Castelino proposed the vote of thanks.
