GMU’s ‘CASH’, Royal College Edinburgh deliver online education

Ajman, Aug 18: Center for Advanced Simulation in Healthcare (CASH), the multidisciplinary educational facility of Gulf Medical University (GMU), in the city which provides high-tech simulated set-up for clinical and communication skills teaching / learning and training for healthcare professionals has tied up with the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, UK to deliver the latter’s online education programmes.


This is the first time in the UAE that the online education programmes (Symposia and Evening Medical Updates) conducted by the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, UK is being transmitted directly via web-stream. The programmes can be attended at CASH, starting September 2016.

A highlight of the online programmes is that they are all CPD/CME-accredited by MoH, UAE and the UK Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians CPD Scheme. All events will be live web-streamed and will enable online interaction with the speakers.
