Kundapur: Body of fruit vendor found from river

Kundapur, Aug 21: The body of Ganesh (36), who used to operate a fruits shop opposite Adarsha Hospital here was found floating in the river at Herikudru near Sangam in the town on Saturday August 20. 

Ganesh was a resident of Kalibettu here. He was engaged in wholesale fruits business.

In addition to conducting wholesale fruits business at the Santhe Market here, Ganesh also operated a petty shop near the auto stand at Shastri Circle here. He had gone missing three days back, and his relatives were searching for his whereabouts.

Ganesh had married a lady from Maravanthe a few years ago. He used to reside in a rented house at Koteshwar. He visited his home during lunchtime everyday, it is said. In a death note left behind, Ganesh said that he was solely responsible for his demise.
