Mangaluru, Aug 29: The Muhurat for ‘Namma Kusalda Javaner; produced under the banner of Shri Rajarajeshwari Cine Circuit, was held at Mangaladevi temple on Sunday, August 28. 

The chief of the temple administration committee Ramanatha Hegde gave the first clap and wished good luck for the team. Former president of Bengre Mahajana Sabha Shekhar Suvarna also spoke on the occasion and wished good luck.

The director of the movie Ganesh Das Kharvi along with the co-producer Richard Karkala, lead actors Amith Karkada, Shobhitha Ameen, veteran actress Winnie Fernandes and others were present during the Muhurat.

The movie is directed by Ganesh Das Kharvi from Kundapur who has the experience of working as an assistant director in Kannada, Tamil and Lambani movies as an assistant director. He is also a journalist. He has written the story, screenplay and dialogues. He is also the co-producer of the movie along with Richard Karkala.

“Since the presentation of the movie is different from all the movies which have been screened so far, the Tulu audience will like this movie. As the story has many twists, it will definitely catch the audience's attraction,” says the confident director.

There are four songs in the movie and the literary work of them is in progress.

The music is being composed under the direction of Mohan Karkala who is rendering his service in Maja talkies.

The shooting of the movie is scheduled to be held in Old port, Bengre, Mangaluru city streets, Karkala, Udupi and Malpe.

The star cast of the movie includes Amith Karkada who has acted in Dhaniklena Jokulu and Shobhitha Ameen who debuted to the silver screen through Kannada movie Banavasi and is also trying her luck in Tamil film industry. Along with them the cast includes Umesh Mijar, Satheesh Bandhale, Rajashekhar Kailash, Bank Janardhan, Winnie Fernandez etc.

The story of the movie revolves around few young men who lead notorious life with dreams and day-dreams. The incidents in their life make them help the needy accidentally which is the core story of the movie.
