Bangalore: State Lasses Vie for 'Miss South India' Beauty Pageant Finals

Bangalore Dec 9: Miss South India beauty pagent's final rounds began here, with the girls selected from the State at the audition being Rashmi Bantwal, Swathi, Sneha and Jenny in the final rounds held at Ambedkar Bhavan, here on Friday, Dec 7. The final title of 'Miss South India' will be held at Chennai on the 25th of Dec.07.
'Visionpro Event Management', a pioneer in conducting event managements, in films and ground level activations arena, are well-known far and wide across the country for serving major clients. This time round they have joined hands with 'Maya Events Company' to host the 7th Miss South India title in the month of December 2007.
This event will be taking place across four states of south India after the sub event’s conducted in each of these States by holding auditions and then holding the State finals.. At these State finals will be selected four participants from each state and a total 16 finalists will contest for Miss South India, which will be held in Chennai on Dec 25, 2007.
For the title of Miss Karnataka on Dec 23, 2007, the audition centres would be Bangalore, Hubli, Davangere respectively. Also as per schedule audition will also begin the selection of beauties of all other states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh on Dec 23, 2007. In all these three audition centers 16 participants will be contesting and from this four finalists selected will then be vying for the prestigious Miss South India title.
There will be various rounds in which contestants would have to go through talent, Q $ A rounds etc and other categories for the sub-titles like Miss Beautiful Skin, Miss Beautiful Body, Miss Beautiful Eyes, Miss Catwalk, Miss Smile, Miss Personalty and Miss Photogenic.
The shows will be choreographed by Gautam Pavate and Dalu.
