Udupi, Sep 1: Zoharunnisa (48), resident of an apartment complex in Gundibail here, had been hit by a Honda Activa two-wheeler on Monday August 29. Zoharunnisa was standing by the roadside at the Nagabana of Gundibail on Kalsanka-Ambagilu road when this accident happened.
She had been admitted into hospital after suffering serious injuries. However, she breathed her last at the hospital on Tuesday.
Zoharunnisa, a native of Uttar Pradesh but had settled down in Maharashtra, belonged to family of wood craftsmen. She was currently living at Gundibail, police said.
