Daijiworld Media Network – Karwar (EP)

Karwar, Sep 5: Deputy Commissioner S S Nakul, who is also the district magistrate of the Uttara Kannada district, has ordered for banishment of Sri Ram Sene leader Jayanth Govinda Naik from the district for three months.

Naik is a resident of Sonarakeri in Murdeshwar. The order has been made after requests were received from district police.

Police took Jayanth Govinda Naik into custody immediately after the order on Sunday night and took him to the border of Yallapura near Hubballi.

Jayanth is likely to appeal against the order in the High Court. As Sunday and Monday were government holidays, it is necessary for Naik to wait till Tuesday for the court to open.

If the High court confirms the order, Jayanth will have to remain outside the district for three months. If he enters the district during the period, ignoring the order, he will be arrested by the police.

    Jagdish,

I never chose any particular organization or political party people. Rule applies to all the citizens who are anti-social and take law of land in hands. Let us live with brother-hood and peacefully.

The intention might be good. But this is a bad trend.
DC is offending the constitutional rights of a person's free movement inside the country.
What if I am a s hated person that no district or panchayath in the country wants to harbour me? Are you going to get me a Visa and ticket to any foreign country?
If some wants gives a provocative lecture, arrest him and subject him to legal procedures.

From your own version : If you are hated, there may be a very good reason for the law heads (district\Panchayat etc) for being marked for the simple reason you have been creating unrest among the people\district you are living\working in. You have made yourself "unwanted" person by your actions. If Districts\panchayats in the country is unwilling to harbour you, that itself a confirmation that you are a trouble maker.
Since you know you are a trouble maker and likely to be banned, you should make prior arrangements for your next destination, in advance. That is your look out.

Best thing is to live within the law of the COUNTRY and live a peaceful\harmonious life. Then there is nothing to worry about anything at all. Crores are living in the country without being banished from the place where they live\work.....

Why banish to Hubballi. In three month he will spoil some other peaceful place. He should have sent to Kashmir or somewhere near desert in Rajastan. Then he will understand what is life and struggle.
There is some goons in Manglore as well.

Can a DC in Kashmir has the guts to banish a separatist leader who works against India????

All hard rules in India is against HINDUS. And that is the reason day by day the secular and communal divide is increasing.

Like Centre intervening in Delhi, had intervened in Arunachal Pradesh, and Uttaranchal,
Let Modi Govt at center intervene in J & K and banish separatist leaders and provide justice to Kashmiri pundits, as promised. Let's see, who stops or oppose?
Then all truth will come out!

Who created problems? You will have your version and I will have mine, that will go on and on!
Now let's discuss, who promised solution?
Didn't Modi not offered permanent solution?
If you are Pandit's sympathizer, Why don't you demand promised solution from Modi?
If not then, BJP wanted only votes arousing their sympathy, nothing else. Stands exposed!

What is the use in leaving him at the border of another district? Better leave him at Pakistan border and let him learn how to survive there. Instead of terrorising poor people in the name of some Sena let him fight real enemies of our country there!

Why all these goondas are acting and behaving as the protectors of Hinduism and Nationalist. Hinduism is a great religion and India is a country having a long distinguished history.

Its time we all come together and show these people what we are and if they do not behave kick them out of our country.
