Udupi, Sep 4: Judicial custody of all the 5 accused persons, relating to the murder of Bhaskar Shetty, has been extended till September 19.
The order of extension of judicial custody was passed at JMFC court here on Tuesday September 6, where all the 5 accused were produced.
The court also allowed the shifting of two main accused Navaneet Shetty and Niranjan Bhat to district prison in Mangaluru from Hiriadka Jail. Other main accused Rajeshwari Shetty has been housed presently at Mangaluru prison.
Other two accused Srinivasa Bhat and Raghavendra, who were accused of destroying evidence, are housed at Hiriadka jail, where they will spend the remaining days of judicial custody.
