Recently when Bihar HSC toppers were interviewed,
Their interview's outcome made us to believe that there is substance in the statement of UNESCO:-
That India will be late by 50 yrs in achieving education goals.
But their finding are surely contradicting in many of our schools, colleges and institutions.
We have brightest brains, spread across the world UNESCO should also make note of!
