Bengaluru: DySP Ganapati suicide - CID likely to file 'B' report

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Sep 10: The case of suicide by deputy superintendent of police (DySP), M K Ganapati, which had given rise to turmoil in police department and political circles as he had mentioned the names of two police officers and a minister in an interview given to a local TV channel as the persons from whom he had faced harassment, has reached final stages. The criminal investigation department (CID), which questioned nearby 50 persons including officials, policemen, and Ganapati's family members, it is said, is in the final stages of the investigation.

As per the current signals, the CID may file 'B' summary report, indicating that the case was false and backed by malicious intentions. It is gathered that the investigating officers have not got any proof about harassment of the officer at the hands of former minister, K J George, and IPS officers, A M Prasad and Pranav Moahanty as alleged by Ganapati. The video footage of the TV interview and statements of Ganapati's family members are only the pieces which claim that the officer was harassed. However, these could not be corroborated by facts. It is said that neither the two IPS officers nor George were in direct contact with Ganapati.

Justice should be ensured to all those who are named in the allegations of late Mr. Ganapati. If they are innocent, better late than never, file the 'B' report and reinstate the innocent to their original or better position.

George was innocent even before the suicide. This 'B' report by the Police was expected. Nothing new. This is the poor system in India. Poor people will never get justice and esp. against the wealthy and powerful politicians.

    Dear Sumanth Pai, Mangalore

Consider it the SIT was a poor system. Without evidence no court will convict a person.

DySp Ganapati killed himself and before killing he is blaming the two police officers and George.

Dying persons testimoney is not sufficient to convict a person as the supreme court d e c l a r e d. Hence there is no evidence to convict any person in the police department.

The chaaiwaala Ex-C.M. has systematically eliminated the evidences of Gujarat riots and committed atrocities against Christians. Hence the SIT DID NOT CONVICT CHAAIWAALA EX-C.M.

THE WORLD KNOWS HE HAS GIVEN FREE HAND TO MASSACRE THE INNOCENTS GUJARATI'S.

Why CID investigation on suicide of a coward officer ? It is not the harassment but the guilty conscience and tears of innocent nuns which forced him to voluntarily end his life. 'Bhagavan ke lati pe awaaz nahin hai'. How can anyone escape from the justice of God ?
