Mangaluru, Sep 10: Campus Front of India (CFI) students who gheroed Mangaluru rural police station, on Saturday September 10, were lathi charged by police.

As per details, the students belonging to CFI gheroed the police station protesting the arrest of a student at Srinivasa College. The arrest was reportedly made in connection with ragging. When the police could not control the situation, they resorted to lathi charge.

The injured students have been taken to Wenlock hospital. 3 police personnel too have been injured due to clashes that took place between the police and students. All injuries are minor.

The student arrested for the ragging is Amin Rinshad, an activist of KFD. The arrest was made on Friday, September 9 at Malappuram in Kerala. The ragging incident had taken place a month back for which a case stands registered at Mangaluru rural police station.

More details awaited.

In the picture I can see Mr.Uday Nayak and Mr. Tilakchandra who stand for justice and f airplay. They would not give orders to lathi charge unless of course the students exceeded their limits.

All of us have been students in our lives and I cannot recall any incidences where we had have recourse annoying the law and order department.

It is best that students devote their time attention to studies. They can think of of any other activities after completion of their College education

@Jeevan, what you mean by "Why you afraid to reveal your own identity? India is secular country and you are free to express your view in this forum" You can see my name, is that not enough, I can't post my voters card here man.. at least I am revealing my name just like you, not just telling readerwriter, SB or something else. The second point you said "India is secular country and you are free to express your view in this forum" When you and people like Sandeep or Rajesh came to know that India is a secular country and are free to express our view. I know that since 48 years and I am expressing my view without fear. It is time that you and those I named should know that India is a secular country and each and every citizen have freedom of choice and expression. For me WRONG is wrong whoever does it unlike lot of your one sided comment.

Time has come to oust all the student organisation from the school and college campuses.

Education institutions should be purely devoted to build students career and make them model student proud for nation and their parents.

We need a law to kick all the students union which breeds hatred in early age.

If they dont study they should be kicked out of college . This is simple law. But our political system is not like that. It will support that even the colleges take donations from political parties and allow these goondas inside.

Not much details available BUT this guy has been arrested for ragging. What this activists think that police should be doing, giving him dinner in 5 star hotel? He is arrested for a complaint for ragging and he has to be arrested. He should go through legal procedures to prove his innocence if he is after all innocent. I wonder why these guys can join hands with BD, SRS and Senava sene since they have a common agenda, fight for our activist even if he is criminal/wrong.

They have learn these tricks from their leaders.
The MLA recently called a press conference and d an accused plus arrested as innocent, because he was a Muslim...it was reported in this website too.
When cattle thief Kabeer was shot dead, he was compensated by the government in lakhs.
So general message sent out is that, if you are Muslim, you are above the law. You can do anything and get away, as long as the current govt.is in power in the state.

Sorry for my ignorance but I am not aware of this cattle thief Kabeer who was shot dead. I am not supporting him BUT in first lace why a cattle thief has to be shot dead when people like Dawood and Hafiz are freely roaming? Surely that cattle thief was not a terrorist or mafia lord to be shot dead. He should have been arrested alive and the law should have taken it's course. For me it is police negligence, you can't just shoot someone and kill because you're a police unless they are dreaded terrorist or criminals or the police officer's life is in danger and he does that in self defense. The question is Was that the compensation to keep that police officer in job?? Sorry, as I said I have not read that related news at all.

    about cattle thief a bit..
He was passing through a naxal belt with stolen cattle in a pick up. When Anti Naxal Force waved to stop the vehicle, they tried to ram the vehicle on to them, during which they lost the control of the vehicle. They jumped out and ran. ANF personnel, shot warning bullets and then fired. one escaped.
For the dead, with the protests lead by one MLA, compensation of 25 lakh was given.
For the ANF personnel, if he had left the naxalite to run away, it would have cost his job. By shooting, he was suspended and transferred to a training center I heard.

What about ABVP? Are they saints?

The poisonous strategies and organisations how RSS has founded, the same others have followed implemented in order to compete.

RSS created BJP as Political party so did others as SDPI.

RSS created Bajrang Dal and other as Gunda Party so did others as KFD and rest.

RSS created ABVP as student wing party so did others as CFI.

There is a saying LOHA LOHE KO KAAT TA HAI.
