Mangaluru, Sep 13: A 48-year-old Non Resident Indian (NRI), who had come to native place for a short vacation, has been reportedly missing since September 9.
Abubakar Padubidri, native of Padubidri near Udupi is the person missing. He was working as a supervisor at the Al-Sadhan Super Market in Riyadh.
It is learnt that Abubakar had come with his wife and children a few days to Jokatte from his mother’s house in Padubidri. They were staying at the house of his brother-in-law Ismail.
Abubakar informed his wife on September 9 that he was going to Mangaluru city for some passport related work. He did not return after that nor any person saw him.
The family members started searching for Abubakar in vain. His mobile phone too has been switched off.
A missing case stands registered in Panambur police station.
