For how long will he be happy outside the jail. If he is the main conspirator then there is no delay from the justice of God. Just wait & watch. For all the supporters of Naresh I really pity on them for their ignorance of the fact.

    very encouraging...
That is for all the criminals\law breakers and the likes...

It is best to scrap giving bail in murder cases..until the culprit brings proof that he is not involved ... that is the only way left to get justice.

To state with confidence "He did not directly kill him" you may know lot more details. Unless you are sure, please do not provide false statements.

The police report stated "Vinayaka Baliga was murdered on March 21 this year. Naresh Shenoy, who was made the prime accused" so who is right and why you state not directly kill Vinayaka Baliga.

Truth will come out in this life based on law of the land or punishment is waiting after death for sinners.

Bahts will go to any extent to support their fellow comrades and those accused being prime suspect in a murder case.

What a tragedy and where we are heading in this era. God bless them to have peace in our communities.

@Robert - directly killing meaning using weapons to killing someone by causing bodily injuries and hence causing death. Person who are involved in this act are having their own mind.
If Shenoy has provided vehicles weapons or financial help then it requires sufficient evidence .
