Mangaluru: Land Links township to celebrate silver jubilee on Sep 18

Mangaluru, Sept 16: "The prestigious project of Land Links Builders namely Land Links township constructed in 1991 at Derebail Konchady, celebrates 25 years on September 18," said Krishna J Palemar, president and CEO of Land Links Builders.



Addressing media persons in the city, he said, "Land Links Builders instituted in 1981 has planned a grand celebration of the silver jubilee of its prestigious project on September 18 at the township under the name 'Rajatha Sambhrama'. The dignitaries taking part in the programme will be the governor of Nagaland PB Acharya, chancellor of Nitte University, Dr Vinaya Hegde and other eminent personalities from various strata of society. The grand cultural eve will be celebrated the previous day.

Speaking on Land Links, Palemar said, "The company has sold more than 1000 flats at reasonable rates. As part of the silver jubilee celebration the two prestigious projects, Green Park-1 and Pinnacle A and B are coming up in the city."

"Flats at Green Park-1 are available from Rs 15 lac and flats at Green Park-2 start from Rs 18 lac. Ashoka Park at Urva-Mathada Kani, Kodial Guthu West Royal Palms, Pearl near Surathkal bus stop, Hill Point Apartment on airport road are the other prestigious projects of the company," he explained.

Pradeep Palemar and others were present at the occasion.
