Udupi: Bhaskar murder- Bones found were of human, forensic report

Udupi, Sep 17: The bones, collected by police during the course of investigation of Bhaskar Shetty murder case, are that of human, says the report by forensic experts.

But it is yet to be known if those bones belonged to Bhaskar Shetty. It may take another ten days to know about it, said the sources.

Five persons were arrested in connection with the sensational Bhaskar Shetty murder case, which included wife and son of the deceased. Four are in judicial custody while one is in Criminal Investigations Department (CID) custody.


Bhaskar Shetty

CID is investigating the case presently after taking over from police amid complaints of slow progress and preferential treatment to the accused.

    They took so many days to findout the bones are of a human being.Hope he studied medicine .And now some more months/days?to findout the origin.Dont they have the DNA Analysis of son(if his son is,Sorry)what is going on here?Or his mothers DNA also is enough.This case is lingering so Long,till noone remembers.As someone was doubting ,whether he is alive?burnt someone else?Full of suspention.

    at least a positive step on the better direction. Trust very soon it will be evidenced as it's of Bhaskar shetty's body only. there it should close the story and ease judicial system to take a harsh punishment to these 5 criminals. Very severe to honourable Mrs and dynamic hero Mr. Son. Sentence should be so strong and harsh that no family members should get such a thought in future. ny family I mean.

    Bones are of humans is only proved. Yet to confirm if it's of Basker Shetty. More over according to forensic expert view published in DW back a burnt bone does not consist dna. If they are guilty they should be punished, but with fair trial & not gulf justice.
