One of the beauty of india is Kula. It is very strong and not created by any politicians. Olden days Kings used to talk to the elder of the Kula and control. Never used to interfere in Kula matter. This has continued post independent as well.

If strong Kula's( GSB, Bunts, Tulu Bhramin, kannada Bhramin, beary, Catholics etc)takes care of their community. Government can concentrate on weaker section Kula's and bring them up.

I belive this is happening in smaller way. this has to happen in big way( currently only highness of Kula happen not uplift of Kula members).
