As informed to the court here, it was submitted to the High Court that Rajeshwari had already spent required days in police custody and any more days in the same would amount to human rights violation.

Judicial custody for two

Meanwhile Navaneet Shetty and Niranjan Bhat, two more accused in the same case, have been given judicial custody till October 3. The court denied giving three more days of CID custody requested by Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

It is difficult to believe that a human being can be killed with a curtain road. It is also difficult to believe that a curtain road had remained in the water where it was thrown for more than a month during heavy rains.

This evidence in this case is like evidence from missing malaysian airlines MH370

Anyway all the best to the investigating officer who leads the investigation. I hope his investigation will not become inwatigation.
