Costly lesson for those who cross the highways without looking both sides.
Costly lesson for those poke their vehicles' nose in a busy intersection.
Costly lesson for those who are in a hurry to reach just few minutes earlier than others.
You can not tell them about their driving skills as they may abuse you for that.

Please note it has nothing to do with the government or the authorities. It is a deadly combination of factors like condition of roads, vehicles, road-rage, unhealthy competition, over speeding, reckless driving and lack of concern for other road users. Only peoples' mindset can control the accidents.

Condition of roads - Authorities are responsible.

Condition of Vehicles - Authorities are responsible. They extend the vehicle validity with out checking the condition. you can get the same extended for a 15 years vehicle with out taking your vehicle to RTO.

Road-rage / unhealthy competition - Yes, agreed. it's personal and people mindset

Over speeding - Again authorities. Penalize them any time.. any where... next time he will think before speeding

Reckless driving and lack of concern for other road users - yes , agreed. Purely personal and people mindset...

    So, it's blended responsibility.
