Mandya, Sep 30: In an accident that took place at Bellur in Nagamangala taluk here, two persons died while six sustained serious injuries.
Jagannatha Shetty and Shailaja are the persons deceased.
Kushalakshi, Raja Shetty, Swetha, Manusha, Preksha and car driver Pradeep are the injured persons. They have been taken to BGS hospital.
The Toyota Innova car with the registration number KA 19 MD 4768 was on its way to Mangaluru from Bengaluru via Bellur. When the car was moving on the Bellur Cross flyover, it fell down suddenly and as a consequence two persons died and others sustained injuries.
Bellur police have registered a case.
