Los Angeles, Oct 1 (IANS): Actress Jessica Biel says she eats while she is in the shower -- and she even gave photographic proof of it to her Instagram followers.

The 34-year-old on Friday posted on the photo-sharing platform, an image of herself in the shower with a plate in the corner, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Yes. I eat in the shower. I admit it. Chicken apple sausage and espresso. Try it. I dare you. Shower Eats," Biel captioned the image.

It is not the first time the "Total Recall" actress has shared her shower habits with her Instagram followers. She did so last week too.

Then, the picture was captioned: "Eating in the shower. We all do that... right? Shower Eats."
