Mumbai: Informative DVD to obtain facilities under OBC released

Mumbai, Oct 13: Kannadiga Patrakartara Sangha in a programme held at Mogaveera Bhavana, Andheri west, on Wednesday afternoon October 12 released a DVD on other backward class (OBC) facilities. President of the Sangha, Chandrashekar Palethady who presided over the programme, released the DVD.

Mogaveera managing board president K L Bangera, Bunts Sangha Mumbai president Prabhakar L Shetty, Mogaveera Mahajana Seva Sangha Mumbai former president Goplala S Putran, Kannadiga Journalists association Maharastra Bhavana committee executive president Dr Shiva M Moodigere were present. Bharath Bank director Rohith M Suvarna, Abhyudaya Bank managing director Puneethkumar Shetty and Devadas Sriyan who have worked for OBC services were felicitated with honorary titles on the occasion.

Hemachandra Ameen sang a prayer. Programme organizer and Suvarna Arts owner, Suvarna Umesh K Anchan gave a keynote address. Journalists association honorary treasurer Premanath B Shetty Mundkooru and joint secretary Babu K Belchada introduced the felicitated dignitaries. Jaya C Poojary, Umesh K Anchan, Jayarama Poojary, Ramesh Poojary and others felicitated the guests with flower bouquets. Journalists association vice president Dayasagar Chowta compered the programme. Abhyudaya Abhimani Balaga Mumbai convener Jaya C Poojary welcomed and proposed the vote of thanks.
