Udupi: Bhaskar Shetty murder - heirs involved with fight for property

Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi (SP)

Udupi, Oct 15: Even as investigation by the criminal investigation department (CID) is continuing relating to the murder of NRI businessman, K Bhaskar Shetty, his relatives are fighting it out between themselves over the property left behind by him. The CID is yet to file charge sheet in this case.

It is gathered that advocate for Rajeshwari Shetty has secured injunction order from the court against interference of third party in business dealings. Rajeshwari, currently lodged in jail, has issued general power of attorney in favour of her mother, Sumathi Raghuram Shetty.

While mother of Bhgaskar Shetty, Gulabi, says that her son had executed a will in her favour, Rajeshwari and her supporters have staked claim on the property on the basis of her being a business partner. Rajeshwari has been claiming that being a partner and as also there is business loan to be repaid, and also in view of the injunction order of the court in her favour, she is entitled to run the business.

Bhaskar Shetty

Sources close to Gulabi Shetty say that Bhaskar was murdered by his own close relatives after they came to know that he had executed a will in favour of his mother. Chidanand, advocate for Rajeshwari, who has been representing her in civil matters, has objected to the fact that third persons had interfered in the matter of running the business in spite of the injunction order issued by the court against doing so.

Which son you're talking about??? The son, who helped his mom to kill his father for her illicit relationship??? Strange comment from you!
Best verdict is to be in favour of Bhaskar Shetty's mom.

Indian law is very lenient. Law can be twisted by money power. Final judgement by Indian court will be no one killed Bhaskar Shetty. I don't have any faith in Indian judiciary which is run by money power. Very hard to get justice if you are poor and not rich. May Bhaskar Shetty's soul rest in peace and hope his mother gets justice and want to see that killers are hanged without any delay which is most unlikely. But these killers should at least fear God if they are God fearing which they are not. This world wants easy money. Bhaskar Shetty earned by hard ways but lot of people are there to grab it. Strange world.

What a greed for others property!!! One thing I don't understand why people are fighting for property!! ? In history we read so many kings fought holding sword, saying this throne is mine this kingdom belongs to me!! Where are they today? After death what they took?? We read again Alexander left Greece to conquer whole world!!! Where is he now? Please stop fighting for others property!! And enjoy rest of ur life.. And don't accumulate wealth more than u need !! Teach the children to earn by doing hardwork if possible do charity to avoid such tragedies!! Bcoz this type of tragedy may attack anyone including me and you if we are greedy!!

    Lesson for life!
Never make too much of money.
In our time, just provide food, clothing, shelter and education to the dependents.
More over provide moral education. Let descendants struggle in their life as well, to meet life's requirements. Then they will understand, what we have gone through.
IDLE MIND IS DEVILS WORK SHOP.
    IDLE BODY MAKES US SICK.
WHEN THERE IS NO STRUGGLE, EASY LIFE, EVIL POWERS WILL TAKE CHARGE OF US, MAKE US GREEDY, LAZY AND EVIL.
Idle mind is like stagnant water, no cleansing.
Struggling life is like flowing river water, cleanse automatically. Olden people were good, they knew all these.

Lust for money make people kill their own.Killers should not be allowed to inherit his property. He had every right to make a will in favor of his mother as he was well aware of misdeeds of his own. Killers instead of having remorse for their cruel act are behind his money.
