Kundapur, Oct 17: In a very sad incident, a family consumed poison and children were found dead while their parents have been rushed to hospital here. 

The incident was discovered slightly before noon on Monday, October 17 at Ganganadu near Byndoor. The family of four was found lying on the same bed and when people checked, children were found dead and the couple was rushed to hospital immediately in serious condition. 

Ashwin Kumar, studying in 10th standard and his sister Aishwarya Lakshmi studying in 8th standard, are the deceased. Their father Shankaranarayana Hebbar, a cook by profession and his wife Mahalaxmi are being treated.

Death note

Shankaranarayana Hebbar had written a death note, before taking poison, which the police have found at the house. The note with 16 pages blames his relationship with a young woman who got married six months back, for the decision. Other details are yet to be known.

Byndoor police are investigating.

    Like Theft cases, suides are also increasing. Poverty as well as family complications, disputes are the cause for such suicides. What a tragedy, Childrens died and parents suvived.If suvived how can they survive without children.

    House looks more unfinished one but is big enough for the family. Electricity connection can be seen in pictures.
    Nowadays expectations are very high among ladies. If you interview the mother of two you will learn motives behind the act.

    Very sad incident, RIP. The condition of house itself says reveal the story. I wish they had fight the situation and led the life, we all been through bad times but suicide is not the answer for everything. Even if parents are treated successfully, how can they live happily without children?

    There are millions of people who live in poverty but incidents like this is nothing but coward act tempted by Evil thoughts. Parents must have fed the children first without their knowledge. Cruel parents to take the lives of own children.
    Now the parents may survive but how they will be able to live future life. Wait & watch situation.

    POVERTY is the main cause for all these suicides. Government's top priority should be eradication of poverty, ensuring free education to all, but the government is behind, beef, personal laws etc.
    Let them introduce the UCC, but that is secondary, they should concentrate on eradication of poverty, free education to all, and medical facilities to all citizens.

    Then why do they shout during elections that they will do this, they will do that bla bla.... They should refrain from fooling people if they do not have guts to do that.
    Its every Indian's right to get education, if they cannot provide it free then they should provide employment to all, so that they will take care of education on their own.

    They are Bharmins by Caste, which govt will give Bhagyas to those people. Helpless Poor People. This may be an eye opener to the govt, Poor people exists every caste and religion. So Extra 10-15% reservation to all castes / Religion who are Economically poor can be much more required today.

    @Mohammed Dubai,never by mistake.because a suecide note tells everything.when the parents take the step to suecide why should they also take the life of children?They should have thought of children first before taking this step .Whatever the lifes Situation is ,first see children are happy.but not murder them it is serious crime.I feel they should now be saved and their punishment is to live without children,think what they did for them.double crime.when the father had his affair,why did he thought of children and wife,and now others should pay for it.I dont understand the Connection between his affair and suecide.was the Girl carrying?out of shame suecide?May the souls of innocent children rest with angels.
