Udupi, Oct 17: Judicial custody of three main accused in the sensational Bhaskar Shetty murder case has been extended up to November 2.

The JMFC court here on Monday October 17, extended the judicial custody of Rajeshwari, Navaneet Shetty and Niranjan Bhat, the three main accused persons and said that bail application moved by Rajeshwari will come up for hearing on October 26.

Lawyer Arun Bangera, representing Rajeshwari, was told to produce the original copy of the judgment delivered by High Court regarding the CID custody issue of Rajeshwari. Bangera had presented the internet copy of the judgment. Judge said that the original can be presented during the hearing of bail application of Rajeshwari on October 26.

All the main accused appeared with two other accused Srinivasa Bhat and Raghavendra who are on bail presently.

All the 5 accused will appear in court on November 2.

    all these things happening only in our india, if you have crores of money there is no rules and regulations, they can do whatever they want,free bail system available in india, those who have a money, that what we can call like incredible india, police , rules , taxes these all for poor and middle cast people, and those who have lots of money tehy dint have any rules tax and they keep even black money...

    Wow! I think they are looked after and very well fed in jail!. Every one's cloths is getting tight!. I am sure they will get bail on Oct 20th, else I will lose confidence in our judicial system!

    Whatever may be the final verdict,
    I felt like interference of aged mother in sons business was not so correct. In that way late Shetty got distanced from his wife.
    Because in society there are so many people who can tell "chaadi".

    @sri karkala,I say it is not correct he got distance of wife because of mother.it is otherwayround.He used to stay at mother after hewas not in good Terms with wife.Mother never interfered with his Business,but his wife used to lookafter.He must have told his sorrows as a son does to mother.More we cant say as noone tells the real truth,except the greed of Money makes everyone to be the part of Story.
