Mangaluru, Oct 22: A man, who was walking in the morning, was attacked brutally by unidentified assailants on Saturday, October 22 at Asaigoli near here.
Karthik, son of Umesh from Pajir near Konaje, is the person attacked. He has been taken to a hospital for treatment after he sustained serious injuries.
As per details, Karthik took a morning walk from Pajir to Asaigoli every day and then would go with his friend by bike to a gym. Today as usual when Karthik was on his walk and neared Ganesh Mahal, he was attacked by unknown people with machetes.
Karthik, with serious head injuries, was rushed to hospital immediately,
Konaje police are investigating.
