Puttur, Oct 23: The inauguration of Planning Forum for the postgraduate (PG)  programme of Department of Economics, St Philomena College, Puttur, will be held on October 24, at the seminar hall of the PG centre.

Dr B Jayarama Bhat, Professor of Economics, Kuvempu University, will inaugurate the forum and deliver a lecture on ‘Indian Economy – Emerging Issues and Pattern of Development’. The Principal, Prof Leo Noronha will preside over the programme.
