Karthik (22), son of Umesh from Pajir near Konaje, is the person deceased.

Place of assault

The assault had taken place on the morning of Saturday, October 22.

Karthik was assaulted during his morning walk from Pajir to Asaigoli near Ganesh Mahal by unknown people with machetes.

So sad, a very young, well educated man became victim!
May his soul rest in peace!
If the assault is political nature, then it's extremely sad.
Why should the political rivalry so fierce?
Rivalry should be ideally limited to competition of two playing teams.
Since Politics is criminalized and or too much of money involved, such happenings may be inevitable.
Ordinary people wouldn't be able to participate in Politics.
