Hassan, Oct 26: BJP MP of Udupi- Chikkamagaluru constituency, Shobha Karandlaje has said that there is no connection between cash found near the entrance of Vidhana Soudha and BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa.
“The allegations made by JD(S) state president Kumaraswamy in this regard are absurd and baseless. There is no connection between this case and B S Yeddyurappa,” Shobha said while speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, October 25.
“A high level investigation should be conducted in respect of huge amount of cash found without documents.” Shobha added.
“The guilty should be punished. It is not appropriate to indulge in such low level propaganda for flimsy politics and publicity.” Shobha said pointing her finger at H D Kumaraswamy who had accused her party chief of having relationship with the money found.
