Kuwait: KKK to hold annual Rajyotsava festival on Nov 4

Kuwait, Oct 26: Kuwait Kannada Koota (KKK), a pioneer non-profit organization established in 1984 is pleased to announce their annual Rajyotsava event (state festival) at Kuwait Science & Technology auditorium, Doha Road, here on Friday November 4 from 5 pm onwards.

KKK conducts this annual mega function with great pomp and show. There will be a cultural extravaganza displayed by the children of the Koota. This year KKK has given prominence exclusively to children of Koota aptly titled 'Chinnara Loka' in Kannada which means 'Children’s World'.

Sunil Jain, Indian ambassador to Kuwait will be chief guest. It has been customary of KKK to invite a Guest of Honor from Karnataka. This year two well-known guests from Karnataka in Kalashree Y K Muddukrishna, former director of Kannada & Culture department, Karnataka and Nagara Srinivasa Udupa, general secretary of 'Karnataka Sugama Sangeetha Parishat' who will share their views of our rich cultural heritage of Karnataka have been invited.
