Mangaluru: All India cross country championship inaugurated in Moodbidri

Mangaluru, Oct 28: The All India inter-university men's and women's cross country championship was initiated at Swaraj Maidan here on Friday October 28.



The championship is being organized under the joint aegis of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and Alva's Education Foundation. About 3,000 sports persons from about 200 universities from all over the country are participating in the championship.

Women's six km race and men's 12 km race were flagged off first.
