Karkala, Oct 31: “Everybody should encourage tasks being taken up by modern youth for the development of society. We should set aside time for community service in the midst of our personal work,” said former Vidhana Parishat member, Muslim central committee president K S Mohammed Masood.
He spoke as chief guest at the inauguration of the new Shadi Mahal built near Salmara Jamia Mosque, Karkala on Sunday October 30.
Entrepreneur K S Nisar Ahmed inaugurated the Shadi Mahal. Muslim Jamat president K S Imtiaz Ahmed acknowledged the support of all in the venture. Karkal Noor Masjid’s Moulana, Jaffer Sadik conducted the Kirat. Moulana Zaheer Ahmed conducted the dua.
